Information about Continuing Professional Development

All legal practitioners are required to complete a minimum of 10 points of Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”) each year. In most jurisdictions practitioners are individually responsible for tracking and recording their CPD attendance each year. With the exception of Tasmania (30 April), the CPD year ends on 31 March. Most jurisdictions will allow a certain number of CPD hours between January and March to be carried over to the following CPD year. Our CPD sessions are each labelled to identify what Novera Solutions considers to be the most relevant Core Area that applies to the specific content. It is a matter for the individual practitioner to determine at the conclusion of the session what Core Area of study they will record each session against when reporting/tracking their individual CPD requirements. Novera Solutions Pty Ltd has not been accredited by the LPBWA to deliver CPD content. WA practitioners are more than welcome to purchase and view our content, however may not be able to claim those hours of study towards their compulsory CPD requirements.
